Product Description
The Amflo 24-50E-RET blue polyurethane recoil air hose is a coiled polyurethane air hose that has a 1/4" ID and is 50 ft. long. This hose is a single-component tube made of blue polyurethane, which has non-marring characteristics and provides resistance to weathering, abrasion, oil, and kinks. The tails of this hose are straight, offering the protection to fittings and hose ends that are a feature of standard air whip hoses. This hose provides both durability and flexibility at temperatures ranging from -30 to +150 degrees F, and it has a persistent coil memory. It has a maximum pressure rating of 120 pounds per square inch (psi), and comes equipped with two 1/4" factory-installed, brass male National Pipe Thread Taper (NPT) swivel fittings with nitrile rubber bend restrictors that reduce twisting and bending, increasing the life of the hose. This hose is manufactured as a lighter-weight alternative to bulkier rubber and plastic hoses for use in a wide range of industrial applications, such as manufacturing, auto repair, robotics, and others.
Industrial hoses transfer or convey air or liquid in hose systems. When selecting industrial hoses, use the STAMPED method:
S = Size (ID, OD, and length) |
T = Temperature (maximum and minimum temperatures of material being transported) |
A = Application (industry or process) |
M = Material (to be conveyed, type and concentration) |
P = Pressure (maximum working pressure) |
E = Ends (type of end connectors or couplings on hose) |
D = Delivery method (volume and velocity) |
